Okay, so I'm finally tackling decluttering the garage, and I've unearthed a terrifying collection of old paint cans, half-empty bottles of mystery chemicals, and frankly, stuff I can't even identify anymore.I no just tossing it all in the trash is a huge no-no, both environmentally and probably legally.
