Contrarian Perspective: Are We Overusing the Term “CozyCribTales”?

I've been seeing the term "CozyCribTales" everywhere lately, usually associated with ASMR-ish videos showcasing exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing apartments or small homes. It seems to have exploded in popularity over the last few months. But I'm starting to wonder if we're diluting its meaning through overuse.

Initially, it implied a certain lived-in warmth, a sense of genuine comfort achieved through thoughtful design and personal touches. Now, it feels like every minimalist apartment tour with a fake fireplace and perfectly styled bookshelf gets slapped with the "CozyCribTales" label. Does a surgically clean, sparsely decorated space really evoke the same feeling as, say, a small, slightly cluttered book-filled study with mismatched furniture?

Is the "CozyCribTales" aesthetic at risk of losing its original charm and becoming just another buzzword for perfectly curated, Instagram-kind interiors? or am I just being a grumpy old millennial who's lost touch with what's trendy? I'm curious what others think – are we watering down the term, or is the definition evolving with the times?
