With the increasing automation and digitization of our lives, I think we'll see a resurgence in traditionally "gentlemanly" hobbies, but with a modern twist. I'm not talking about stuffy Victorian pursuits, but things that offer a tactile, creative outlet and a sense of accomplishment. Think bread baking, but with a focus on artisanal techniques and heritage grains. Or perhaps whiskey appreciation, evolving into home distilling for personal use (where legal, of course!).
Another area I see expanding is traditional craftsmanship. Leatherworking, woodworking, even things like fountain pen repair could become more common as people seek to reconnect with tangible skills and create durable, beautiful objects. It's almost a counter movement to the disposable nature of so much modern manufacturing.
