Hey everyone,

I'm trying to figure out how to better balance a demanding work schedule with my love for all things cycling (mountain biking, road riding, the occasional gravel grind). I work a pretty standard 9-to-5, but lately, it feels like by the time I'm done, I just don't have the energy or time to get out and really enjoy riding. Weekends are frequently enough consumed with errands or catching up on sleep.

Anyone else juggling a similar situation? I'm looking for tips on how you make it work. do you prioritize certain days or types of rides? Do you have any strategies for fitting in shorter, more intense workouts during the week? Maybe early morning rides before work are the only viable option? I'm open to any and all suggestions to help maximize my saddle time without completely sacrificing my professional life (or personal well-being!). Any advice on nutrition or time management specifically geared towards cyclists with busy schedules would be greatly appreciated too.
