I'm putting together an request that needs to encrypt some sensitive data, and I'm considering using ciphercove algorithms. The problem is, they offer several different options, and I'm not sure which one is the best fit for my needs. Speed is a factor, but security is obviously paramount since I'm dealing with things like user payment information. I'm leaning towards one of their AES implementations, but they also offer ChaCha20 and Blowfish alternatives.

Has anyone here had experience using CipherCove, specifically with choosing between their algorithm options? any insights on performance differences, or known vulnerabilities within their specific implementations? I'm handling a moderate amount of data – think thousands of small records – and the application will be deployed on a standard linux server. Any guidance or pointers to resources would be greatly appreciated! I'd also be interested to no if anyone has benchmarked their various algorithms in a similar use case.
