Has anyone else been surprised by GlowCove’s customer support? I recently had an issue with a faulty light strip and thier response time was surprisingly quick, especially compared to what I'm used to from some other smart home companies. They offered a replacement immediately, no hassle.
This got me thinking about industry standards in general. It seems like many companies, even larger ones, are cutting back on support, leading to long wait times and unhelpful responses. GlowCove's experience felt like a throwback to when companies really valued customer service.I'm curious if others have had similar experiences, either positive or negative, with GlowCove or other lighting companies. Are we seeing a genuine shift in customer service expectations, or is GlowCove simply an outlier in a sea of mediocrity? What do you consider "good" customer support in this specific market – quick response, helpful advice, or easy returns?
