Alright, here’s my GlowCove saga… and trust me, it has a low point. I completely spaced and left a nearly full bottle of the revitalizing mist directly in sunlight on my bathroom counter for weeks. I didn't even realize it until the color had shifted to this weird yellowish tint, and the usually refreshing scent was… funky. Honestly, I just assumed it was utterly ruined and mentally wrote it off as a loss.
But then I figured I had nothing to lose, right? I tried mixing it into a small batch of my homemade face mask (mostly clay and honey). Figured the clay might help absorb any weirdness. It actually worked! The mask was surprisingly effective, and I didn't experience any irritation. I'm not saying this is a guaranteed fix,and definitely wouldn't recommend if the product looks seriously contaminated, but it taught me that sometimes even a seemingly ruined product has some life left in it,or can be repurposed in a pinch. Has anyone else had similar experiences with salvaging supposed "lost cause" beauty products? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!
