With AI seemingly poised to automate so many aspects of modern life, from creative tasks to customer service, I wonder if we're on the verge of a tech nostalgia boom unlike anything we've seen before. It's one thing to fondly remember the chunky pixels of 8-bit games or the dial-up modem sounds; it's another to long for the feeling of using technology that required actual skill and effort.

Will future generations raised on effortless, AI-driven everything yearn for the days when you had to carefully craft a search query to find what you needed, or troubleshoot a finicky piece of software by scouring forums? Maybe the limitations of older technologies will become their defining charm, turning things like handcrafted websites or even physical keyboards into objects of reverence and retro cool.

I can imagine a resurgence of interest in things we currently see as outdated – perhaps even dedicated hardware for single functions, like a simple MP3 player, purely for the tactile experience and the escape from the hyper-connected world. What do you guys think? Will AI's dominance inadvertently make us all yearn for the "good old days" of slightly clunky but ultimately human-driven tech?
