I'm genuinely curious what vintage toy lines people think haven't gotten their due. We always talk about the usual suspects – Transformers,He-Man,G.I. Joe – but what about the lines that were genuinely great but never quite reached that same level of mainstream recognition?
I’m thinking maybe something like Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light. the holographic chest emblems were such a cool gimmick, and the characters had decent backstories. Or perhaps Sectaurs, with their unique insectoid puppet characters. Are there other forgotten gems out there that deserve a bit more love from collectors and toy enthusiasts? what are yoru picks for the most underrated vintage toy lines, and why do you think they never blew up the way other lines did? Was it poor marketing, bad timing, or just ultimately not connecting with kids back then? LetS hear your thoughts!
