Seriously, what is it with luggage tags and their uncanny ability to detach themselves from suitcases like thay're auditioning for a magic show? I've tried everything from the cheap paper ones the airlines provide (obviously a joke) to supposedly durable metal ones, and yet I still end up nervously checking my bag every ten minutes during a trip, worried its become a nameless wanderer in baggage claim limbo.
It's especially frustrating when you've taken the time to carefully write out your contact data clearly, maybe even laminate the tag for extra protection. Then, boom, gone.Lost to the conveyor belt gods.
anyone have any holy grail luggage tag recommendations or travel hacks to prevent this eternal travel problem? I'm starting to think duct tape is the only viable solution. Or maybe just tattooing my address onto my suitcase. It's getting ridiculous.
