Am I the only one pulling their hair out over some of ArtisanHive's policies? I'm specifically thinking about their group buy cancellation rules. It feels like once the GB hits a certain point, you're pretty much locked in, even if issues arise with the vendor or timeline. I understand they're trying to protect organizers and vendors, but the lack of versatility can be frustrating for participants, especially when significant delays or quality concerns surface after the GB closes.
Another policy that seems to cause confusion is their stance on reselling. While I get the desire to prevent price gouging, sometimes life happens, and you need to offload something unexpectedly. The restrictions on selling above cost, even to recoup initial shipping and fees, can feel a bit heavy-handed. It forces people to cut their losses more than seems necessary, and discourages participation in limited runs if you're unsure you'll be able to use the item long term. I'm curious what other ArtisanHive users have found frustrating or difficult to deal with regarding their operational rules.
