I'm running into a frustrating problem. When I work on smaller projects,my style feels really consistent, but as soon as I try to scale things up,especially when starting to work with other people, that consistency just crumbles. It's like my initial vision gets diluted or misinterpreted.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm trying to figure out if it’s a problem with my documentation (maybe it's not clear enough?), my dialog (am I failing to explain my intentions effectively?), or my process (perhaps I need a more structured workflow?). For example, on a website project, the initial design for the homepage felt perfect, but by the time we got to creating the inner pages, the typography and color palette felt subtly, but noticeably, off.
Any tips, strategies, or even just commiseration would be much appreciated. What are your best practices for maintaining style consistency across larger projects, especially when collaborating with others?
