Is anyone else wholly losing it with these constantly shifting software updates messing with their smart home setup? I invested in the whole SmartHomeHarmony ecosystem, thinking it would bring some zen to my life, but lately, it’s been the source of major frustration. Just last week,an update rolled out at,like,3 AM,and since then my living room lights have been stuck in some weird "disco mode" every afternoon. I’ve tried resetting everything, checking the settings, and even contacting support (which, let's be honest, is a black hole of automated responses).
It's just so disruptive, especially when you've carefully programmed routines for things like security, lighting, and temperature control. It's marketed as convenience, but these bugs and unforeseen consequences after updates feel anything but. Makes me wonder if the constant push for updates is really about improving the experience, or just data harvesting under the guise of "enhanced features." Am I alone in feeling this way, or is anyone else struggling with the unexpected side effects of seamless software integration gone wrong? What are you doing to mitigate these issues?
