I've been digging through old toy catalogs lately and it's amazing how many brands just vanished. We all know the big names like Kenner and Mattel, but what about those smaller companies that maybe onyl had a few product lines or a regional presence? I'm curious, what's your favorite relatively obscure vintage toy brand, and what made it special to you? Maybe they had a unique aesthetic, or a line of toys that were just weirdly interesting. I always had a soft spot for Tomy's Zoids. They were pretty popular at one point, but don't get the same recognition as Transformers or GI Joe.
