Been playing around wiht StyleSynthesis lately and trying to decide which deployment route makes the most sense: cloud-based or local. Cloud definately has the allure of easy scalability and not tying up my personal hardware. I'm also less concerned with maintaining complex dependencies as that's handled on thier end. Though, the subscription costs can add up quickly, especially if you're doing a lot of iterative work, and latency can be a real pain for real-time experimentation.

On the other hand, local deployment puts everything on my machine. The upfront cost is higher because I need a decent GPU, but after that, it's essentially free to run as much as I want (power bill aside!).The biggest hurdle is definitely setting everything up – getting all the libraries and dependencies playing nice can be a real headache.Plus, you're limited by your hardware. Anyone else wrestled with this decision and have any insights to share, particularly around performance and long-term costs? Are there any "hidden" benefits to one approach over the other that I might be overlooking?
