Hey everyone, I'm pulling my hair out trying to upload videos to GlowCove. It keeps failing, sometimes halfway through, sometimes right at the end. I've checked my internet connection, and it seems stable enough - I can stream 4K videos no problem.Has anyone else run into this?
I've tried a few things already, like clearing my browser cache and cookies, and even resizing the video file to a smaller resolution (thinking maybe it was too big), but no luck. The error message is pretty generic, something like "Upload Failed. Please try again later."
Could it be a problem on GlowCove's end? Or am I missing something obvious here? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I'm using Chrome,by the way,and the videos are MP4s. Maybe there are specific codec requirements I'm not aware of?
