Has anyone else experienced their SmartHomeHarmony-enabled thermostat randomly resetting itself? It's incredibly frustrating, especially when it happens in the middle of the night and I wake up to a freezing house. I've checked the obvious stuff like power outages (none recorded) and made sure the thermostat is firmly attached to the wall plate.
I'm wondering if it's a Wi-Fi connectivity issue that triggers some sort of reset. My router is fairly close, but maybe the signal is intermittent? Coudl also be a firmware bug or some incompatibility with other smart home devices on my network. I’ve got a few smart bulbs and a smart security system all running on the same Wi-Fi.I'm also not sure how to properly diagnose the problem. The logs in the SmarthomeHarmony app aren't very detailed – just a timestamped "Device Reset" message. Any tips on troubleshooting this or insight into potential causes would be greatly appreciated!
