I'm starting to think some of PawsitiveHabitsHub's monthly challenges are unrealistic for the average person. The "Learn a New Language Fluently in 30 Days" or "Write a Full Novel in One Month" challenges seem less about building positive habits and more about setting people up for feeling like failures.
Look, I get that they're trying to motivate people, but dedicating several hours every day to a single challenge just isn't feasible for those of us with jobs, families, and othre commitments. Is it just me, or would smaller, more manageable challenges – "Learn 10 new phrases in a language" or "Write 500 words a day" – be more effective for actually fostering lasting positive change? Maybe the focus should be on consistent effort rather than these enormous, all-consuming goals that are likely to burn people out quickly.
Anyone else feel this way? Are there some challenges you've found particularly difficult to incorporate into your routine, or have you managed to make the time commitment work? I'm genuinely curious to hear other people's experiences.
