Seriously, am I the only one who thinks luggage handles are designed for torture? I just got back from a trip, and my hands are killing me. It's like they intentionally make them too thin, too hard, and placed in the most ergonomically unsound position possible.
You'd think after decades of air travel, someone would have figured out how to make a pleasant suitcase handle. What's the deal? are they secretly trying to build hand strength or something? I've tried those padded handle wraps, but they just add bulk and don't really solve the core issue of awful design.
Anyone else feel my pain? And more importantly,has anyone found a luggage brand with legitimately comfortable handles? I'm considering investing in a new suitcase just for the sake of saving my hands on future trips. Maybe a soft, rounded handle with some give? A wider grip area? I just need something better than what seems to be the industry standard.
